Besides, she coordinates work of all employees, solves administrative questions, negotiates with potential clients, and realizes their projects, creatively solving organizational problems.
Olga has got a higher education (Economics Department, Novosibirsk State University). Before founding SibCongress Ltd. she coordinated work of the HR-department of Novosoft Inc. Olga is a strong-willed person, and the team trusts her belief in the firm's success.
Olga likes to travel with friends across Europe by car, and she speaks English fluently. In summer Olga likes camping, swimming and diving.
Helen Fyodorova works as a deputy director. Helen is another founder of SibCongress Ltd. She is responsible for work with key clients. Helen thinks that in order to be successful in an organizational sphere it is necessary not just to render qualitative services, but to take into account what purpose is pursued by clients as well. Helen likes to see a specific aim and does her best to reach it. Having good practical experience, Helen operates risks that may arise during embodying projects effectively. She is responsible for realizing projects perfectly. Helen is happy when the client is pleased with a high level of organizational services we offer.
Helen has got a higher education (Department of Psychology, East Kazakhstan State University). Also she got courses of logistics (International Center of Logistics). She likes to read business-literature and participate in different business trainings.
Helen is keen on beautiful cars (great driving experience) and good music (classical rock of the 1960-70th). She prefers to spend her free time with friends at concerts, in clubs, on the landscape.
Anna Tsaturova is a financial director of SibCongress Ltd. that has been working for the firm since it was established. Anna has got an A-level diploma (Department of Business, Novosibirsk State Technical University). Before working for SibCongress Ltd. Anna successfully operated financial streams of RASM Ltd. for which she worked as a chief accountant.
Good education and wide experience allow her to communicate with the representatives of state tax service confidently and competently and to solve the questions connected with accounting statements excellently. The team believes that any task, for which Anna is responsible, will be perfectly executed, because she always tries to get the best result. Anna is patient, friendly and an interesting person to communicate with.
Earlier Anna was keen on track and field athletics. In winter she likes to ski, in summer - to swim, and at any time - to walk with her dogs thought forest.
